Overview
A nationally recognized trial attorney with more than five decades of experience, Robert L. Parks is a highly respected advocate in the courtroom and a leader in the legal and civic community.
He is known for careful case selection, rigorous preparation, and providing personal attention to clients facing catastrophic loss.
Experience
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1964, Parks has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in high-stakes matters across the United States and internationally.
His work includes more than 200 general aviation crash cases, major product liability actions against large pharmaceutical companies, and service as Florida Counsel in the Antitrust Class Action against Microsoft.
His plaintiff-focused practice concentrates on offshore resort litigation, aviation, mass torts, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases, with a consistent emphasis on bringing negligence-related claims to trial in U.S. courts rather than offshore jurisdictions.
Born in Nassau, The Bahamas, Parks has spent a lifetime engaged in boating, diving, and other water activities. His deep familiarity with marine equipment, safety standards, and operational practices informs his work in water-related and offshore injury litigation.
